Participation in Remember Us is simple.
For Congregations
Contact us by e-mail. Tell us the number of boys and girls who may be participating this year. We will send you complete program materials, including names for each child.
For Families
Click here for the Request a Name form. Submit it via e-mail. Tell us if you would like to remember a boy or girl.
There is no fee for participating. When requesting a name, please also make a donation to help bring this opportunity to another child. Through the support of families like yours, more than 10,000 children have already participated.
